Huaixin CAO, the leading author of this work, is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Shaanxi Normal University, and a Distinguished Teacher of the Higher Education Institutions of Shaanxi Province. His research interests span operator theory, operator algebras, quantum information, and quantum computing, following his Ph.D. work on Computational Intelligence and Bionics.
