Patrice Mélinon developed pioneering experiments in Lyon on nanoparticles deposited on surfaces. He is Director of Research at CNRS and a former expert for Micro and NanoTechnologies. He is also author of a book with B. Masenelli “Small fullerenes and Superfattices” (2011).
